POST in AJAX-request passes by IIRF (solved)

First: Everything works great with the IIRF and the url rewrites, I have the following rule that I apply:

RewriteRule ^/(?!images)(?!css)(?!files)(?!js)(.+)$ /default.asp?u=$1 [L]

But, when I do POST AJAX-requests the request passes by IIRF and tries to go to the actual URL. I.e. if I do a POST AJAX-request to http://localhost/test/ it tries to find the folder test on localhost but if I change it to a GET request everything works fine (then the adress is rewritten to http://localhost/default.asp?u=test). This is confirmed by the log since no new entries are added at all when doing the POST AJAX-requests.

Btw... using IIS6 on Win2003 Server and the IIRF does NOT show up as an extension in the IIS administration tool. I've tried to add it manually but without any change.

Thanks otherwise for a great ISAPI add-on!

Update: Seems to have nothing to do with IIRF - I tried to install the freeware version of ISAPI_Rewrite3 from HeliconTech but it doesn't work there either. I take it there's a configuration problem with my IIS server then.

All tips and hints are still very welcome though =) Sorry for bothering anybody thinking it had anything to do with IIRF.

Update 2 (problem solved =): Turns out that one of the other ISAPI Filters blocked the URL rewrites for POST requests. Thanks anyways everyone though ;D
