I created virtual directory in IIS is "Home" in the domain name "oioilatroi84.tk"

Config IIRF

RewriteRule ^/Home/Topic/(\d+)/(.*)\/$     /Topic.asp?ID=$1&Title=$2 [I,L]
RewriteRule ^/Home/Topic/(\d+)/(.*)$     /Topic.asp?ID=$1&Title=$2 [I,L]

When logging URL is: oioilatroi84.tk/Topic.asp?ID=1&Title=abc [I,L] --> oioilatroi84.tk/Topic.asp?ID=1&Title=abc

Sorry, I am not clear on what problem you are trying to solve.

Apparently you want to rewrite from a form like

/Home/Topic/nnn/xxx , where nnn is replace with a number and xxx is replaced with anything, and you want to
rewrite that into a form like ... I don't know?  /Home/Topic.asp?  /Temp/Topic.asp?  /Temp/Home.asp?   /Topic.asp?

I don't know - your text and your pictures don't agree.

One problem you may be running into is, you cannot rewrite a request out of the VDIR or application.
If you have /vdir1 and /vdir2, you cannot rewrite /vdir1/foo into /vdir2/bar.   In your case, you cannot rewrite from
/Home/Whatever into /Temp/Somethingelse, if /Home and /Temp are separate Vdirs.  Also, You cannot rewrite from
/Home/Something to /Topic.asp, if /Home is a separate vdir from the root vdir.

I have no idea if this is your problem or not, I'm not clear on what you are doing.

Good luck.
