I am trying to use the following condition.  Does IIRF support this?

RewriteCond   %{TIME_YEAR}%{TIME_MON}%{TIME_DAY}%{TIME_HOUR}%{TIME_MIN} <201103230559

Thank You,

No, IIRF doesn't have psuedo variables that represent the time or date.

I could modify it to do that pretty easily, but ... it doesn't do that today.

IIRF does support lexicographic comparisons (greater than, less than) in the RewriteCond.

This ability would be very useful.  We currently use this with our Apache servers to display a 10 second warning message if our websites need to go down for maintenance in the near future.  So if that condition evaluates to true, it will redirect to a page that displays the message, then after 10 seconds, it forwards the user onto the page where they were attempting to go.  We also use it to automatically turn off the warning message and turn on the downtime message which prevents the users from accessing the website during the scheduled downtime.
