I am getting this message in my iirf log file:

INFO: the Redirect target does not include an http(s):// scheme.

I am using iirf to normalize urls and that redirect is working correctly.   But, the https pages are not functioning correctly on my site when I activate the iirf program.  When I activated iirf, the https pages will not post.

Here is my ini file:

RewriteLog m:\web\IIRFLog\iirf.log
RewriteLogLevel 1
RewriteEngine ON
StatusInquiry ON
RewriteRule ^/(.+)\.jpg$ - [U,L]
RewriteRule ^/(.+)\.gif$ - [U,L]
RedirectRule ^/(.*[A-Z]+.*)$    /#L$1#E [R=301]

How can I simply tell IIRF to allow my https pages to work as is?    I want IIRF to not do any rewrite or redirect on https pages.

Do I need to add this rewrite condition?

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
