At the end of my RedirectRule, when I add [R=301], is it possible to add a "Moved Permanently" string?  Currently, in Chrome and Firefox, I'm seeing a 301 status OK, instead of the Moved Permanently text.  I think Google prefers the 301 Moved Permanently status.
