I have installed Ionics Isapi Rewrite Filter v2 for my IIS 5.1 on XP. I followed the whole installation documentation.

localhost/iirfstatus shows that the ini is loaded fine with no errors. I tried restarting and played with the permissions but my rules in the ini file just don't seem to apply.

What can I do further in order to make it work?
