Hi all,

This is probably really easy for you but for a newbie like me proving difficult!  I have a site running a Content Management System so I can't change the URL at source but I have this issue.  My company want to setup this url: to an aspx page, lets say

That part I can deal with.  The issue is that there is a providers directory on the site with pages in it such as

Because the first rewrite happens, the second page never gets shown it always just process the first and shows home.aspx

I guess this is quite simple!

How about using a rewrite rule that checks to see if the "providers" part of the URL is the end of it?

Something like:

RewriteRule ^/providers$ /test/home.aspx [L]

This should then only stop if the given URL in your post is used.

If you need to pick up on /providers or /providers/ then just use

RewriteRule ^/providers/?$ /test/home.aspx [L]

Hope this helps.
