I seem to have hit a brick wall with the latest addition of new URLs added.

I am using IIRF strictly for creating friendly URL's

The error logs shows this for the event:

Thu Jun 04 13:32:05 - 7260 - DoRewrites: Url (decoded): '/tool-steel-flat stock-air-hardening-TSFLA2116x1in'
Thu Jun 04 13:32:05 - 7260 - DoRewrites: No Rewrite

Here are my rules for this URL:

RedirectRule ^/proddetail.asp\?prod=TSFLA2116x1in$ /tool-steel-flat stock-air-hardening-TSFLA2116x1in [R=301]
RewriteRule ^/tool-steel-flat stock-air-hardening-TSFLA2116x1in$ /proddetail.asp?prod=TSFLA2116x1in [L]

This just happened today, and only the last batch of URLs have the issue.

Here is an example of a good working URL:

RedirectRule ^/proddetail.asp\?prod=TSFLA2116x12$ /tool-steel-flat stock-air-hardening-TSFLA2116x12 [R=301]
RewriteRule ^/tool-steel-flat stock-air-hardening-TSFLA2116x12$ /proddetail.asp?prod=TSFLA2116x12 [L]

Log file results for this:

Thu Jun 04 14:01:30 - 9600 - DoRewrites: Url (decoded): '/tool-steel-d2-flat-bar-stock-SFLTSD211612'
Thu Jun 04 14:01:30 - 9600 - EvaluateRules: Last Rule
Thu Jun 04 14:01:30 - 9600 - DoRewrites: Rewrite Url to: '/proddetail.asp?prod=TSFLD2116x12'

I wonder if there is a limitation to the number of rules that IIRF can run?????
I have 4732 lines in my iirf.ini file....
