RewriteLog relative path?

Hi, I couldn't find any info about this, in the operators guide, v 1.2.16:

does IIRF support *relative paths* for RewriteLog?

so instead of

RewriteLog D:\Projects\MyProject\src\MyProject.Web\log\iirf\

to be able to say RewriteLog ..\src\MyProject.Web\log\iirf\

btw, if the log path doesn't end with the trailing backslash, the log is created in the directory above, in my case \log instead of \log\iirf

Thanks,

Dan

Hmm, I don't know if relative directories work.  Have you tested it?  what happened?

The RewriteLog directive does not specify a directory.  It's really a directory+filename stub .  This is described in the documentation.

yes, stub indeed;

actually I tried to use a relative path, but it didn't worked.

could you consider this as a request for feature?
