Would be nice to have a working msi or exe file... as I had to install it manually on IIS6 and Windows Server 2003. Instructions were fairly easy to follow though.. just make sure you set the correct file and folder permissions!

 I downloaded the stable and beta version and there is definately no installer msi in either..

AdminGuide ! - refers to many files in the directory other than iirf.dll and does not explain what they are or if you need them (iirf.exp, iirf.ilk, iirf.lib, iirf.pdb)
