Redirection (browser-side) acting very badly

Hola all! First I gotta thank Cheeso for this thing, it seems pretty good.

Now the bad news.

Basically, on my site I just want the "blah.com/login/" folder redirected to the SSL version of the site. The whole site is meant to run in HTTP or HTTPS, but I want to force HTTPS for the login process at least.

My current code looks like:

RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^/login/(.*)$ https://dev.blah.com/login/$1 R

That's all that's there for rules. In IE7, this doesn't work at all, and in Firefox I end up with a URL that looks like "dev.blah.com//dev.blah.com/login/". The IIRF log files do not show that there is any error at all - the redirection line actually says "Redirect (code=302) Url to: 'https://dev.blah.com/login/'" on the last line.

This is on IIS6/Win2003 with PHP 5.2 ISAPI running (the site is PHP).

Nevermind, I'll just try some other software.
