Green arrow, no log file, no input file specified, nothing seems to work

I installed Ionics on IIS 6 in C:\Program Files\IIS_REWRITE folder. I gave IUSR and IIS_WPG full control. The server extension is allowed. The ISAPI filter is a green arrow. Even the testdriver tells me that everything is fine.

Now, I try to run that rule:

RewriteLog  "C:\Program Files\IIS_REWRITE"
RewriteLogLevel 5
RewriteRule ^channel/(.+)$ /index\.php?page_request=channel_filter&code=$1 [I,L]

so that url "/channel/" should end me back to index.php?page_request=channel_filter. But it's not working. There's no log so I simply think that the DLL is not called at all. I only get that PHP error : "No input file specified."

I checked many posts on this forum, give much permissions and assure that the extension and ISAPI filter are allowed and running. I restarted IIS after every change.

So what could be wrong? Any idea is welcome!

That's weird... I solved the problem by doing this:

1- Removing all the ^ before any url-patterns. Like this :

RewriteRule channel/(.+)$ /index.php?page_request=channel_filter&code=$1 [I,L]

2- There were an error because I copy the file from an apache server so "index\.php" is not working. I have to write "index.php"

Any idea why the ^ is not working?
